Microsoft 365 administration and support
Most businesses already pay for far more of Microsoft 365 than they use, and leave the parts that matter, like device management and mail security, switched off. We set the tenant up properly and keep it that way.
Sound familiar?
The problems this solves
- Licences bought one at a time by whoever was around, so nobody knows what you are paying for or why.
- Leavers who still have a mailbox, joiners who wait days for one, and shared mailboxes that go to nobody.
- Teams and SharePoint that grew without structure, so files live in six places and none of them is backed up.
What's included
What we do
Tenant setup and review
Domains, DNS records for mail authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), security defaults and a licence review that usually pays for itself.
Exchange Online
Mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, anti-spam and anti-phishing policies and retention that meets your obligations.
SharePoint and OneDrive
A site structure that matches how you work, sensible permissions, external sharing rules and migration from file servers or Google Drive.
Teams
Team and channel design, meeting and calling policies, guest access controls and app governance.
Intune device management
Enrolment of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, compliance policies, app deployment and remote wipe for lost devices.
Joiner, mover, leaver process
A written, repeatable process so accounts are created, changed and closed the same way every time, with the licence reclaimed.
How it runs
A typical engagement
- 1
Review
We audit the tenant: licences, security settings, admin roles, mail authentication and sharing. You get a short report with a prioritised list.
- 2
Fix the basics
The high-risk items first: admin multi-factor authentication, mail authentication records, legacy protocols off, unused licences released.
- 3
Structure
Then the things that make daily work easier: SharePoint structure, Teams layout, Intune enrolment and the joiner and leaver process.
- 4
Support
Ongoing administration on a monthly plan, with a named contact who already knows your tenant.
Outcomes
What you get
- A licence bill that matches the people you actually employ.
- Mail that reaches customers instead of their spam folders.
- Every company device enrolled, encrypted and wipeable.
- One place for files, with permissions that make sense.

Frequently asked
We already have Microsoft 365. Do we need a project?
Usually a review and a few days of remediation is enough. Ongoing support is optional, but most clients keep a small monthly plan so there is someone to call.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace?
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and Drive files move with Microsoft's migration tools, and we run both systems in parallel until the switch is proven.
Which licence should we be on?
For most small businesses Business Premium is the right answer because it includes Intune and Defender for Business. We confirm that against what you actually use rather than assume.
Do you cover Copilot?
We can enable and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, and we are honest about whether it is worth the licence cost for your team.
