Azure Backup

Recovery Services vaults for virtual machines, files, SQL and Azure Files, with retention set to your legal and business needs, immutable storage against ransomware and geo-redundancy.

Microsoft 365 backup

Independent backup of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, because Microsoft's built-in retention is not the same as a restorable backup.

Disaster recovery

Azure Site Recovery or a cross-region design with agreed recovery time and recovery point objectives, written down and tested.

Restore testing

A scheduled test restore every quarter, with a short report showing what was restored and how long it took.

Cost management

Budgets and alerts, reserved instances and savings plans where they pay off, auto-shutdown for non-production, right-sizing and orphaned resource clean-up.

Monthly cost report

A one-page summary of spend by service and by tag, what changed and what we recommend, in plain English.

Is Microsoft 365 not already backed up?

Microsoft protects its service, not your data from your own mistakes, a malicious insider or ransomware. Deleted items can be gone for good after the retention window. A separate backup fixes that.

How much can we save on Azure?

It depends on what is running. Typical findings are unattached disks, oversized virtual machines, non-production servers running overnight and pay-as-you-go pricing where a reservation would be cheaper. We show the numbers before changing anything.

What does a disaster recovery test involve?

We fail a system over to its recovery copy, confirm it works, record the time taken and fail back. It is scheduled outside working hours and does not affect the live system.

Do you charge a percentage of savings?

No. Cost management is a fixed monthly fee, so our advice is never influenced by the size of your bill.
